For your successful event 

You can choose several options for promoting your company as part of the NEVA 2021 business program:

• Participation as a Speaker/Expert in one or several events of the Business programme, giving a speech, making a presentation (upon agreement with the Organizer’s programming director) “Speaker ”
• Your company’s event as part of a business program

Organizer offers you the possibility to rent a conference hall in the Pavilion G or H for your press event, presentation or workshop in the framework of NEVA 2021 Business programme. 

Package includes:

• conference hall in the Pavilions H or G (from 30 to 100 pers.) – the Organizer makes an offer depending on the availability;
• equipment: laptop, projector, projection screen, clicker;
• furniture for panel speakers: tables and chairs for the panel up to 6 pers.;
• chairs for the audience (quantity depending on the hall size);
• sound amplification system and wireless microphones;
• technical support during an event;
• promotion of an event in the framework of the main business programme of the Exhibition. 

Additional charges:

• rent of a hall larger than included in the package;
• additional equipment;
• simultaneous interpreting service (equipment and personnel);
• catering service;
• other additional options on request.
