A meeting room for the days of Exhibition would allow you to host a presentation with your partners and potential customers, conduct a small meeting, sign a contract or do some networking in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. 


The cost of the room includes:

  • 1 table
  • 12 chairs
  • 1 coat rack (12 hooks, metal, 53*53*180 cm)
  • cleaning service, 25 sq.m.
  • 1 waste basket
  • 1 sign plate on the door, A4 format, color printing

Additional charges:

  • equipment for presentation holding (laptop, plasma screen, etc.)
  • additional furniture on request
  • water, coffee machine, catering service
  • other additional services on request
