The program of the 18th International Exhibition and Conference on Civil Shipbuilding, Shipping, Port Operations, Ocean and Shelf Development "NEVA 2025" offers a variety of formats for business and friendly communication at the event site and beyond.
Business Matchmaking Center
"NEVA 2025" is a unique industry platform for business networking. During the exhibition, the Business Contact Center will be open daily, where you can hold individual meetings and official negotiations, organize a public presentation of the product, find new business partners, including among industry leaders.
The first national award "Marine Olympus"
The event will bring together leading professionals and companies striving for technological leadership and development of shipbuilding and shipping in Russia. The competition was established by Neva-International and the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, and will be held in two key nominations: "Best at Sea" and "Innovative Solution", which will allow to recognize both new vessels with outstanding technical characteristics and innovative ideas and technologies in the maritime industry.
Special stamp cancellation ceremony "500 years since the beginning of Russia's development of the Northern Sea Route"
At the upcoming "NEVA 2025", the theme of the Northern Sea Route development will be reflected in both the exhibition and business programs. And the most solemn event will be the ceremony of cancellation of the stamp issued specifically in honor of the 500th anniversary of the beginning of the NSR development. The ceremony will be attended by the special representative of the Rosatom State Corporation for Arctic development and Deputy Chairman of the State Commission for Arctic Development Vladimir Panov, representatives of the Russian Geographical Society and Russian Post.
The ceremony will be held on September 23 in the Passage of the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Center.
Career Development Center
For the first time, the exhibition will feature a Career Development Center. The joint stand of industry employers will become an effective communication platform for direct interaction with exhibition visitors interested in building a career in the Russian maritime industry. will allow potential candidates to meet with employers from among the leading shipbuilding and shipping companies interested in finding qualified specialists.
Center for Import Substitution and Localization in Shipbuilding
The project will become a unique platform for demonstrating the achievements of Russian industry enterprises in the context of sanctions pressure. The collective stand, organized with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and ANO Sudprom, will feature products from more than a dozen Russian manufacturers. Among them are NPO ENT-Technology UF with storage electric water heaters, GC Primseti with high-tech ropes made of UHMWPE fiber, Horizon with the NEPTUNE ballast water treatment system, Kursk Electrical Equipment Plant with equipment for power supply of ships, and the Fiolent plant with control modules for ship mechanisms.
Sports program
Traditionally, a table tennis tournament will be held at NEVA. The participants of the exhibition will show by their own example that high job responsibility and a busy work schedule do not prevent finding time for a friendly competition in your favorite sport.
Youth Maritime Forum
Traditionally, the last day of the exhibition will be dedicated to youth and the younger generation. Since 2021, the Youth Day has been successfully held at the NEVA site together with the Youth Maritime Council of St. Petersburg. This year, in collaboration with the "NEVA 2025" exhibition, the Youth Maritime Forum will be held for the first time. It will become a powerful scientific and educational platform for more than 2,000 students, young scientists and specialists in the maritime industry.
Cultural and Evening Programme
A rich cultural program will be organized for foreign guests and participants of the exhibition from Russian regions. The central event of the evening program of "NEVA 2025" will be a grand gala dinner with awarding of partners and presentation of the "Marine Olympus" award in professional nominations.
