NEVA 2021 participants will be able to visit St. Petersburg with an electronic visa.
To obtain an e-visa, foreign citizens will need to fill out an application on the special-purpose website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation no later than four calendar days before the intended date of entry to the Russian Federation. An e-visa can be obtained for the maximum period of 30 calendar days with up to 8 days of the allowed period of stay in the Russian Federation. Foreign citizens entering the Russian Federation with e-visas will be able to move freely within the territory of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.

According to the Order No. 19723A/1048/922 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation of 27 December, 2003 "On approval of the List of Travel Purposes used by the authorized public authorities of the Russian Federation when processing invitations and visas to foreign citizens", visas are issued to foreign citizens with the following purposes: "Foreigners arriving... to solve business issues with Russian partners (participation in auctions, exhibitions, negotiations)...".
