The rates specified apply to bookings made from 01 April 2022 onwards provided the exhibitor contributes at least 40% of the amount payable within 20 calendar days of the billing date.

Unequipped exhibition spaces (pavilions), excluding stand construction services
Inline (1 open side)	435 EUR
Corner (2 open sides)	479 EUR
Peninsula (3 open sides)	500 EUR
Island (4 sides open)	522 EUR
Upper level	220 EUR
Outdoor exhibition space (on the territory of the exhibition complex)	205 EUR

REGISTRATION FEE is mandatory for all the exhibitors (an additional registration fee must be paid for each co-exhibitor).

Standard registration fee:

• Profile in the electronic Exhibition catalogue, printed Exhibition leaflet and Exhibition guide (1000 symbols in Russian and English: company’s name, logo, contact information, activity and services description);
• Administrative services (General Exhibition security in the night time and during the opening hours, generals cleaning service of the pathways between the stands, passes for set up and dismantling works);
• Exhibitors’ badges (1 badge per each 6 sq.m);
• 20 Exhibition invitations;
• 1 printed Exhibition.
