According to JSC «USC» Deputy CEO Andrey Buzinov, the new JSC «USC» strategy aims to increase production volumes by 2-3 times, reaching 600-750 units by 2036. "An additional reserve lies in the transition to serial production. Expanding it could help achieve the goal of 1,000 ships by 2036," he clarified.
The "Shipbuilding 4.0" concept has been chosen as a benchmark and involves the development of ship component manufacturing by USC enterprises, full digitalization of the shipbuilding process, the creation of a new medium-tonnage shipyard, and a management focus on profitability.
