The company "NEVA-International Ltd.," an organizer of congress and exhibition events and international business missions for Russia's maritime industry, successfully conducted a business trip to Turkey. As part of the mission, the Russian delegation attended the region's largest maritime exhibition, Expomaritt Exposhipping Istanbul 2025, as well as leading Turkish shipbuilding enterprises.

Work at Expomaritt Exposhipping Istanbul 2025
At the exhibition, which brought together key players in the shipbuilding industry, Russian specialists held negotiations with representatives of the Turkish Shipbuilders' Association (GISBIR). During the meetings, the prospects for cooperation in shipbuilding, repair, and maintenance were discussed. Participants exchanged experiences, explored modern technologies, and outlined paths for collaboration.

Expomaritt Exposhipping Istanbul 2025 became an important platform for strengthening international ties. The Russian delegation showcased the achievements of domestic shipbuilding and established connections with several Turkish companies, opening up new opportunities for joint projects.

Visits to Turkish Shipyards
As part of the business mission program, the delegation visited Turkey's largest shipyards — Dentaş and Dogruyol Shipyard. Dentaş Shipyard, located in the Tuzla region, demonstrated its innovative approaches and high-quality standards. The shipyard spans an area of 18,000 square meters, with 6,114 square meters of covered production facilities.

Dogruyol Shipyard also showcased its capabilities and expressed readiness to cooperate with Russian companies. Both shipyards showed interest in developing partnerships with Russian companies, creating favorable conditions for joint work, including equipment supplies and the implementation of new projects.

Initial Results: Cooperation Requests

During the business mission, participating Russian companies received their first cooperation requests from Turkish shipyards and companies. Particularly active interest was shown following the shipyard visits and exhibition activities. Turkish partners submitted inquiries for equipment supplies, metal, and repair services.

These requests confirm the high level of interest from the Turkish side in collaborating with Russian enterprises and open up prospects for implementing mutually beneficial projects. The interest in collaborating with Russian companies highlights the high potential and advanced technologies of the Russian maritime industry, demonstrating that Russia has significant offerings for international partnerships.

Prospects at "NEVA 2025"

The business mission was an important step in strengthening Russian-Turkish cooperation. Participants not only established contacts with Turkish companies but also gained the opportunity to study advanced technologies and solutions.

The next stage will be the continuation of the dialogue at the "NEVA 2025" exhibition, where Turkey's national pavilion will occupy nearly 2,000 square meters. This will provide an excellent opportunity for further development of partnerships and the implementation of joint projects.
"NEVA-International" continues to actively promote the development of international cooperation in the maritime industry by organizing events that open new horizons for business.
