The "NEVA" team held a working meeting with the Trade Attaché of the Iranian Embassy in Moscow, Mohsen Rahimi.

04/24/2025

The parties discussed issues of international cooperation and the participation of Iranian companies in the "NEVA 2025" exhibition.

The meeting took place at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Moscow. The "NEVA-International" company was represented by General Director Alexander Ulyanov and Development Director Vladimir Vorotyntsev.

The main topic of the conversation was the development of economic cooperation between Iran and Russia, including cooperation in the fields of shipbuilding, shipping, and port activities. It is worth noting that last year the countries agreed on the construction of a joint trade fleet for the "North-South" International Transport Corridor (ITC).

Issues related to the development of international transport corridors and the improvement of logistics schemes will be widely discussed within the business program of the "NEVA 2025" exhibition. During the meeting with the Iranian diplomat, an agreement was reached to form an Iranian delegation to participate in "NEVA 2025." This delegation will include major players in the Iranian market and the country's trade representatives. It is also planned to organize a national pavilion of Iran in the exhibition area.

On his part, Mohsen Rahimi invited representatives of the "NEVA-International" company to the IRANIMEX 2024 industry exhibition, which will be held from November 26 to 28 in Bandar Abbas. The "NEVA" team gratefully accepted the invitation and will attend the event as delegates. A series of business meetings with Iranian companies is already planned. The program for foreign delegates also includes visits to two local enterprises. At the Iran Shipbuilding and Offshore Industries Complex (ISOICO), participants will be shown commercial and tanker shipbuilding facilities, as well as fleet repair and maintenance facilities. The Ports and Maritime Organization of Hormozgan Province (PMO) will demonstrate the container terminal and terminals for oil and chemicals.
