By completing the registration form and accepting the registration terms, I (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant"), of my own free will and in my own interest, hereby grant consent to Ltd "NEVA-International," Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 7820065840, Tax Registration Reason Code (KPP) 782001001, Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1187847161314, address: 196140, Saint Petersburg, Shushary settlement, Petersburg Highway, Building 64, Block 1, Letter A, Part of Premises 925 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”, “Organizer” based on the order of Roskomnadzor №498 dated 08/15/2025, reg. number 78-25-186526), for the processing and delegation of processing of my personal data provided by me when completing the registration form on the website

Actions involving personal data include automated processing as well as processing without the use of automation tools of the aforementioned personal data, by the following methods: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
I hereby express my consent to the Organizer transferring my personal data to event partners, including for the purpose of informing me about their activities and objectives for participating in the event, both by the Operator and the Operator's partners. I agree that the Organizer may delegate the processing of the Participant's personal data to third parties (who are also personal data operators). When processing personal data, the Operator undertakes to act in accordance with the Organizer's Personal Data Processing Policy and the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data, particularly taking into account the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
The Participant has the right to access their personal data, review it, and request the Operator to clarify, exclude, or correct incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unreliable personal data.
This consent is valid until the achievement of the aforementioned processing purposes or until the consent is withdrawn.

Consent to Photo and Video Recording
I hereby confirm the following:
• I voluntarily grant consent to Ltd "NEVA-International" (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") to record my photographic image and video image, including the recording of my voice, for the purpose of creating video content: video clips, films, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Video Recording"), including incidental photo and video recordings of general panoramic views at the International Exhibition and Conference "NEVA 2025," as well as at all events organized within its framework.
• I understand that such photo and video recording may be conducted at events by the Organizer, its partners, and any media outlets for the purpose of preserving photographic images, recording informational, reporting, and other types of video content related to "NEVA 2025."
• In accordance with Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, I permit any third parties to publish and use my photographic image or video recording, including the use of my voice recorded as part of the video recording, in any form and by any means, without limitation on the term or territory of use.
• I do not object and agree to the free use of my image by any third parties as part of the aforementioned video content, by any means not prohibited by law, including methods provided by Articles 1270 and 1317 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, including the placement of my image recording on the global information network (Internet), in mass media, and other informational resources, as well as for the creation of any works related to the promotion of "NEVA 2025," including printed and other advertising materials.
• I also permit any third parties to use my image as part of the aforementioned video recording and materials related to the promotion of "NEVA 2025" anonymously, i.e., without indicating my name/surname/pseudonym in informational resources or video recordings.
• I have no financial or other claims in connection with the use of my image for the aforementioned purposes.
