A joint exercise of Russian and Finnish sea rescuers took place in the waters of the Gulf of Finland.

On November 9, the annual international exercise, held within the framework of the Agreement on Response to Pollution of the Baltic Sea, ended. Rescue units and ships from Russia and Finland took part in the action.
The program consisted of three stages:
• Connection between response vessels and command centers;
• training in practical actions to eliminate an accidental oil spill;
• emergency towing. More information

The Turkish shipyard Tersan started cutting metal for a trawler for the Tikhrybkom company.

The Turkish shipyard Tersan (participant of the NEVA 2021 exhibition) has started cutting metal for a freezer trawler ordered by the Russian company Tikhrybkom (https://tikhrybkom.ru/). The vessel will be able to process 450 tons of products per day. The development of this project was entrusted to the Norwegian company Skipsteknisk AS. Completion of construction will be in 2023. Trawler Georgy Meshcheryakov was built in Turkey for the Russian fishing company Okeanrybflot.

For two years, the Turkish shipyard Tersan (participant of the NEVA 2021 exhibition) has been building a trawler for the Russian fishing company Okeanrybflot (http://okeanrybflot.ru/). The vessel has modern technical equipment.
